Don't see all the fuzz around this. Always packed any day and night, full of hipster locals. Drinks are average (pricey as well in the area). Staff not particularly friendly and not English speaking.

This rooftop bar on top of Moulin Rouge has a large and quiet terrace. It needs a bit more work to make it really comfy. Large room inside but it gets noisy very quickly. For a quick summer drink.
Cool bar not far from the tourist Hotspots and therefore quite crowded. Moderately cheap prices, self service and bug outdoor seating.
